Delivery Areas & Charges

We currently deliver across Harare and arrange nationwide deliveries through trusted partners.

Harare deliveries: A standard delivery fee applies depending on your location and product size.
Outside Harare: We arrange transport using reputable third-party couriers. Charges vary by distance, weight, and item type. A quotation will be provided once we know your location.

Our team will always confirm delivery costs before your order is processed.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on the type of product you order. Urban Edge offers both ready-made items and custom-made products, so timelines may differ.

Custom Furniture & Made-to-Order Items

Custom pieces usually take 10–14 working days, depending on workload and availability of materials. This ensures your item is properly crafted and inspected before delivery.

Blinds & Curtains

Custom blinds and curtains typically take 10–14 working days after measurement and fabric confirmation.

Decor & Smaller Items

Smaller items are normally delivered within 5–9 days if they are in stock.

For nationwide courier deliveries, transit time may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

How Delivery Works

Once your order is confirmed:

Our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.
On delivery day, our staff will ensure your items are handled with care from the vehicle to your home or office.
For deliveries handled by external couriers, we provide tracking details where available so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

If your order includes installation (e.g., blinds, curtains, or furniture assembly), our team will coordinate installation time together with delivery.

Before We Arrive

To help ensure smooth delivery:

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
If your building has gate access, stairs, narrow doors, or any special requirement, inform us in advance.
If payment is outstanding, delivery may be paused until payment is completed.

If You Are Receiving a Courier Delivery

For customers outside Harare:

Items are packed securely to protect them during transit.
Once dispatched, courier tracking information will be shared.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your region.

We only partner with reliable couriers, but please alert us immediately if you notice any issues upon receiving your parcel.
