Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options across Zimbabwe:

1. USD Bank Transfer

You can make payment directly into our USD bank account.
This option is ideal for customers who prefer electronic payments or are placing larger orders.

Once payment is made, please send proof of payment so we can process your order without delays.

2. EcoCash USD

We accept EcoCash USD for fast, mobile payments.
This is a quick and convenient option for smaller items, deposits, or balance payments.

3. Cash (USD)

You may pay in USD cash upon order confirmation or during delivery/installation by prior arrangement.
Please request your receipt on the spot after payment is made.

Payment Terms

Orders begin processing only after payment or agreed deposit has been received.
Custom products (such as blinds, curtains, and furniture) require a deposit before production starts.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before delivery or installation.
Prices may be affected by exchange rate movements; confirmed quotations remain valid for a limited period.

If you are unsure about payment timelines or deposit amounts, our team will guide you during order confirmation.

Safety & Verification

To protect our customers, Urban Edge may request payment confirmation or identity verification when needed. We never ask for your pin, password, or EcoCash reset code.

If something does not seem right, please contact us immediately through our official channels.

Receipts & Proof of Payment

Every customer receives a digital receipt or invoice once payment has been received. Please keep your proof of payment until your delivery or installation is completed.
