Shipping

Yes. We deliver across Harare and surrounding suburbs. Delivery is arranged once your order is confirmed and ready.

Yes. For customers outside Harare, we can arrange delivery using trusted third-party couriers. Delivery costs depend on your location and order size.

Delivery times vary by product. Custom blinds and curtains usually take 5–10 working days after measurement. Furniture may take 10–14 working days.

Yes. Our team will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date and time.

Yes. For blinds, curtains, and selected furniture, installation can be arranged together with delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the order. Check items on delivery and report any issues immediately.

Payments

We accept EcoCash USD, USD cash, and bank transfers. ZWL payments may be accepted at the agreed rate.

No. Orders are processed after payment or an agreed deposit is received. Balance payment is required after delivery or installation.

Yes. Custom items such as blinds, curtains, and furniture require a deposit before production begins.

Yes. We issue a receipt or invoice for every payment made.

Yes. We only use official Urban Edge payment channels. We will never ask for your PIN, password, or EcoCash reset code.

Returns

Urban Edge does not offer cash refunds for change of mind. If there is a defect or damage, we will assess and repair the item where possible.

Any issues should be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Custom-made items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return transport is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to a confirmed manufacturing fault.

Yes. Furniture frames carry a 1-year warranty. Fabrics are covered for 3 months against manufacturing defects. Blinds and hardware carry a limited warranty.

Urban Edge supplies furniture, blinds, curtains, decor, electronics, and sports equipment for homes, offices, and commercial spaces across Zimbabwe.

We are based in Harare, Avondale and serve customers throughout the city and surrounding areas. We also assist customers outside Harare through delivery arrangements.

No. We do not require showroom visits. We share product options via WhatsApp or email and bring samples during measurement visits where needed. Our office is for collection and payment only. 

Yes. Many of our products, including blinds, curtains, and selected furniture items, are made to measure based on your space and requirements.

You can place an order by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or through our website. Once details are confirmed, we issue a quotation and guide you through the next steps.

Yes. For blinds, curtains, and some furniture items, we provide professional measuring and installation services within Harare.

Yes. We share fabric photos and videos digitally, and physical samples are shown during your measurement consultation.

Prices are usually quoted in USD. ZWL payments may be accepted at the agreed exchange rate at the time of purchase.
